If you’ve never been to Memphis, it’s time you add it to your list! After living in Nashville for three years, it might surprise you that I’d never been to Memphis. So when Memphis Travel reached out and invited me for the weekend, it was quick yes!
The river city, filled with live music and history, is growing and truly thriving with new businesses and neighborhoods. One of my favorite things about Memphis (beside the AMAZING food) was how so many of the new hotels, restaurants, and shops were renovated and still had the original structure and architecture of the building. You can tell history is important to them even as they grow, and I love supporting cities like that!
