18-year-old Tyler Smith was forced to stop playing high school football after news of his heart failure came to light. But when the Memphis football team came to visit Tyler in the hospital, his spirits started to rise. Months after his heart transplant, Tyler was gifted the experience of a lifetime, spending time with the Memphis Tigers and running out onto the field with the team.
